The "Ovidiu Sincai" Institute Foundation is a non-profit organization, that received legal status on the 4th of June 2002, being registered with the number 343/PJ/2002 in the Registry of Associations and Foundations of the Ministry of Justice. The Foundation was established with the purpose of supporting the process of doctrinal modernization, in order to improve and develop democracy in Romania and in the world, but also in order to efficiently organize the education and training of human resources, for contributing to the professionalization of the political class.
